The following are but a few ways to look for your artwork:
- Use our search tool by simply entering a keyword (i.e. "portrait" or
"Monet") in the blank search space provided in our homepage. Then
click "Go", you'll find all items related to the keyword entered displayed.
- Browse our Subjects or Styles. From any page in our website, you may
click Subjects or
Styles whichever
comes into your mind and we'll show you the related artworks to choose from.
- If you are looking for paintings from a particular artist, click
Artists.
- We are
working on more suggestions to help you find your art of choice easier and quicker.
- Still can't find what you're looking for, send us an
email, we'll be happy to help you
through your search. If we do not have it in-house, we'll provide a
special request order for you which would cost just about the same as other
regular artworks in our site.

Shipping & Returns
Find out how your orders are being shipped
from us.

- Delivery Time
The time taken to fill each order depends on the size of your
choice. If you choose the standard size:
- Painting - Normally takes about 4
weeks
to complete
depending on the size of the painting ordered. Complex
paintings may take up to 6 weeks or more to complete. You may request to
have a preview of the artwork and only if you're happy with it,
we'll ship it.
- Shipping - Normally takes 3 to 7 days
depending where you would like the order to be sent.
- The total delivery time ranges from 4 to 6
weeks average.
- Shipping Charges

For orders within US and Canada, there's no shipping charge on
any order. The costs are already included in our prices.

- Outside US & Canada
For shipments to outside of US and Canada, there's an additional
shipment charge for each order. Please add US$19.50 for
European Union, add US$29.50 for any other country.

- How are the
paintings shipped?
All
paintings are shipped rolled and unframed, carefully packed
in tubes for shipping.

- Shipping Address
You may ship to an
address different from your billing address. Upon check-out,
please fill out the shipping address where
you would like the artwork ordered to be sent to.

- Tracking Your Order
Once the artwork
is completed and shipped, we'll notify you that the shipment
has been made and provide you with the tracking number for
online tracking.

- Returns Policy
Return and receive
a refund is simple. With our experience in serving
many international clients, we are proud to guarantee the
quality of the artworks you'll receive.
Once the artwork is delivered, if in any way you are not
satisfied with the product, within 15 days from the day you receive the
product, repackage and send it to our address at Art Sender, 136 Alameda Avenue, Toronto, ON, M6C 3W9,
Canada. We will be happy to refund your payment
less shipping and handling charges.
Note: For customs reasons, all returns must be shipped by
the same express service carrier used by Art Sender.
