Peter Fendi (1796-1842), Australian

 

 

     Peter Fendi, painted usually for the yard and the aristocracy and is the creator of a number of entzueckender pictures and Portraets. Recommended by the count Lamberg, he became a "imperial cabinet draughtsman and Kupferstecher".

     With C W. Stern in Vienna (the publisher is not mentioned, as place of publication is indicated Leipzig) erschien1910: Peter Fendi, Vierzig erotische water colors in facsimile reproduction, 40Tafeln with glued on kolorierten pictures.
